The Wetlands Program requires final reports on all projects funded through the program. These reports include information on priority wildlife species benefitted by the project; habitat treatments, acreage impacts, and pre- and post-post project habitat conditions; project costs and financial contributions by partner and funding source; maps, photographs, etc. Check this page for recent accomplishment reports.

USFWS Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program
Through the Wetlands Program, the Colorado Division of Wildlife has a long-standing and productive partnership with the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service – Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program. FWS-Partners biologists use CDOW funding in combination with other funds to accomplish mutual wildlife and habitat conservation objectives for both agencies on private lands.

Under this Agreement, 75 projects were completed during 2005 – 2008 to restore 3,611 acres of wetlands, 7,394 acres of adjacent uplands, and 28 miles of riparian habitat. CDOW contributed $976,195 in project funds which was used to leverage $4,572,292 in other funding (4.68:1 leverage ratio) for habitat conservation.
