Kate Larsen, manager of the DOW's Frisco Creek Wildlife Center, monitors a lynx while it is under sedation. After being trapped in Canada, the lynx are held for about a month at Frisco Creek where they are fed, given time to acclimate and monitored. Then they are released in the San Juan Mountains.
