2010 - 2011 Season Dates 

New License Year Starts April 1 - Beginning March 15, 2010 you can purchase your annual 2010 license valid 4/1/10 - 3/31/11 for fishing, senior fishing, combination fishing and hunting and habitat stamps at any license agent, DOW office, online or by phone at 1-800-244-5613. 

The 2010-2011 Fishing Regulations Brochure (PDF) is available online and at all DOW offices and license agents statewide. The updated brochure in Español will be available in mid-to-late April. The 2009-2010 brochure in Español (1.2MB PDF) has been left for reference. The new brochure is valid until March 31, 2011, coinciding with the new license structure.

April 1, 2010 – March 31, 2011 

Waters of Colorado are open to taking fish, amphibians, mollusks and crustaceans day and night, year-round, except as otherwise provided in the Fishing brochure.
Free Fishing Days
You can fish in Colorado without a license only on the first full weekend of June, each year.  All other rules and regulations apply.
