Lady fly-fishing at one of the DOW's Women Afield fishing clinics.For and about women, Women Afield is dedicated to teaching Colorado women the outdoor skills found in the shooting sports, hunting, and fishing! You begin your personal adventure by attending an educational session—a one-day seminar or clinic. Then, on a later date, you can 'take to the field' to apply your new-found skills and knowledge on one of several women-only hunting or fishing adventures! (See the box at the right for current opportunities.) Learn shooting skills from certified National Skeet Shooting Association (NSSA) instructors
  • Attend clinics and seminars on fishing and hunting
  • Spend a day in the field hunting pheasants or waterfowl, or fishing for trout
  • Meet other women who share your outdoor interests

As Women Afield grows, additional opportunities for personal growth and experience in outdoor skills and knowledge will be offered. Keep checking this page for announcements!
