Your Bucks Keep Colorado Wild  Printer friendly version Printer friendly version

Colorado Lottery graphicYour bucks have kept Colorado wild to the tune of $178 million! That’s because for every buck you spend to play a Colorado Lottery game, approximately 23 cents is returned to protect parks, open space, wildlife and wildlife recreation.

Coloerado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) receives roughly 25 percent of the Lottery funding that goes to Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO). Those GOCO dollars preserve habitat, protect species diversity and provide wildlife education experiences. Since 1994, CPW has received more than $178 million from the Colorado Lottery!

Lottery funding protects big game winter range and increases public access for hunting and fishing. More than 63,000 acres have been conserved! The Colorado Lottery is truly the state’s "Big Game."

Lottery games are more than just a chance to win millions. For more information, visit coloradolottery.com.

Don’t forget to play!
