Leftover licenses are the limited licenses not sold during the application/draw process. They go on sale AUGUST 10 at 9 a.m. from license agents, Division of Wildlife offices, phone (1-800-244-5613) and mail-order. They will be on sale AUGUST 11 through the online licensing system. Online sales begin a day later so they don’t compete with in-person sales for the first day of availability. This allows non-residents to have an opportunity to buy via phone and mail order. This, too, gives license agents the opportunity to be an active part of the sales process.
